Why OpenHour exists

People already have calendars and group chats. The missing piece is a respectful way to turn those calendars into shared availability, find the overlap, and keep the resulting plan connected to the people who made it.

V2 was rebuilt from feedback

OpenHour V1 established the core need. During summer 2026, the product was iterated around user feedback: a calmer schedule experience, calendar-first setup, clearer privacy, better friend selection, plan messaging and photos, and more useful club tools.
